Website Terms of Use

Effective date: July 24, 2026
Version: 2026-07-24

These Website Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to psaf.us, including the Precision Security and Fire Quote Center and Service Portal. By using the website or submitting information, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not submit a request through the website.

Website information

The website provides general information about commercial security, surveillance, access control, life-safety, gate-access, and related low-voltage services. Website content is provided for general informational purposes and may be changed without notice.

Quote requests are not contracts

A quote request is only an inquiry and a request for information. It is not an offer, acceptance, binding estimate, contract, work order, promise of availability, or authorization for Precision to begin work. Pricing, scope, equipment, scheduling, warranties, payment terms, and other project terms become binding only when stated in a separate written proposal or agreement accepted by authorized parties.

Photos, plans, measurements, and descriptions submitted online may not be sufficient to prepare a final proposal. Precision may require additional information, an on-site inspection, engineering or permitting review, or other verification.

Service requests and authorization

A person submitting a service or quote request represents that the information is accurate to the best of their knowledge and that they are authorized by the property owner, customer, employer, association, or other responsible party to make the request. A submitted request does not expand an existing contract, warranty, or scope of work.

SMS service-request notification terms

Precision’s SMS program provides automated, transactional service-request notifications to authorized company owners, managers, or employees who expressly consent to receive them. Messages may be sent when a customer submits a service request and may contain the request number, customer or property name, requested date and time, a brief problem description, and a secure Service Portal link. The program is not used for advertising or promotional marketing.

Recipients are responsible for providing an accurate mobile number and notifying Precision if that number changes. SMS participation is also governed by our Privacy Policy, including its mobile-information non-sharing provisions.

Uploaded materials

You may upload only files that are relevant to the requested work and that you are authorized to provide. You may not upload unlawful, malicious, deceptive, infringing, confidential, or unrelated content. You represent that submitted materials do not violate another person’s privacy, property, contractual, or intellectual-property rights. Precision may remove files or requests that violate these Terms.

Acceptable use

You may not attempt to access another person’s account or request, bypass security controls, probe or disrupt the website, introduce malicious code, submit false or fraudulent information, impersonate another person, scrape or overload the website, or use the website for unlawful purposes.

Accounts and security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for promptly notifying Precision if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or deactivate access when reasonably necessary to protect customers, the company, or its systems.

Intellectual property

The website’s branding, logos, design, text, graphics, and other original content are owned by or licensed to Precision and may not be copied, republished, or commercially exploited without permission, except for ordinary personal or business use of the website.

Third-party services

The website may use or link to third-party hosting, email, mapping, payment, manufacturer, or other services. Precision is not responsible for third-party websites or services outside its control.

Availability and disclaimers

We work to keep the website accurate and available, but do not promise uninterrupted access or that every item of website content is complete, current, or error-free. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website is provided on an “as available” basis. Nothing in these Terms excludes obligations or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Limitation relating to website use

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Precision is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from inability to access the website, reliance on general website content, or unauthorized misuse of the website by another person. This section does not alter the terms of a separately signed proposal, service agreement, warranty, or other contract.

Privacy

Our collection and handling of information submitted through the website is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Florida law and changes

These Terms are governed by applicable federal law and the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. We may update these Terms as our website, services, or legal obligations change. The effective date and version above identify the current Terms.
