Privacy Policy
Precision Security and Fire (“Precision,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through psaf.us, the Quote Center, and the Service Portal, why we collect it, and how we handle it.
Information we collect
Depending on how you use our website, we may collect:
- Your name, company or organization, email address, and telephone number.
- Service or project addresses, property details, requested services, preferred dates, and descriptions of work.
- Photographs, plans, PDFs, and other files that you voluntarily upload.
- Account and property information provided through the Service Portal.
- Technical and security information such as IP address, browser or device information, timestamps, email-verification records, and consent records.
- Communications and notes connected with a quote request or service request.
Please do not submit Social Security numbers, payment-card information, medical information, passwords, alarm codes, access credentials, or unrelated sensitive personal information through a quote or service-request form.
How we use information
We use collected information to verify email addresses; evaluate and respond to quote requests; schedule and perform requested services; communicate with customers and authorized representatives; maintain business records; prevent spam, fraud, and misuse; protect our website and systems; and comply with applicable law.
SMS service-request notifications
Precision may send automated transactional SMS messages to a limited number of authorized company owners, managers, or employees who have expressly consented to receive internal service-request notifications. These alerts may include a service-request number, customer or property name, requested date and time, a brief description of the reported problem, and a secure link to the Service Portal. SMS messages are operational alerts only and are not used for advertising or promotional marketing.
Message frequency varies according to service-request volume. Message and data rates may apply. Recipients may reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for assistance. Consent to receive SMS messages is voluntary and is not a condition of employment, purchase, or service.
Mobile information will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in information and consent records will not be shared with third parties for their own marketing. We may provide mobile numbers and necessary message information to communications providers solely to transmit requested operational messages, maintain the messaging service, prevent abuse, or comply with law.
Photographs and uploaded files
Uploaded materials are used to evaluate the requested project or service. By uploading a file, you represent that you are authorized to provide it and that doing so does not violate another person’s privacy, property, contractual, or intellectual-property rights. Please avoid including people, license plates, confidential documents, security codes, or unrelated private information unless reasonably necessary.
Sharing of information
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with our employees, business partners, technicians, contractors, hosting, email, or communications providers, and professional advisers when reasonably necessary to respond to a request, provide services, operate and secure our systems, or comply with law. Mobile information and SMS consent are excluded from sharing for third-party marketing or promotional purposes. We may also disclose information when required by legal process or when reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, or property.
Retention and deletion
Unverified or unfinished quote requests are generally removed after seven days. Submitted quote and service records may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary for customer service, estimates, project history, warranty or insurance matters, dispute prevention, security, accounting, and legal obligations. Retention periods may vary based on the nature of the record. When information is no longer reasonably needed, we may delete or de-identify it.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect submitted information, including email verification, restricted administrative access, protected file downloads, randomized upload names, file-type and size checks, and secure web connections. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices and requests
You may ask to review, correct, or delete information you submitted by contacting us. We may need to verify your identity and authority before acting. We may retain information when reasonably required for contracts, service history, security, legal compliance, or the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.
Children
Our website and services are intended for businesses and adults. They are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly solicit personal information from children under 13.
External links and policy changes
